Ian Clayton is a native Mainer who grew up in the York / Ogunquit area. He is now a part of the Biddeford community and studies real estate with a focus on re-development, rental buildings, and historic homes. He believes land ownership should be a goal for all people and that there is tremendous untapped potential in Maine, which must be balanced by a priority of preservation of the natural resources and habitats that make Maine so valuable.
